• Local Financial & Expense Data: PayTrack allows users to record, organize, and track personal expenses, income, and payment categories. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Receipt Photos (Camera Access): When using our optional AI Receipt Scanner, images captured or selected from your gallery are processed locally on your device or via secure encrypted API endpoints solely to extract bill metadata (amount, merchant, date).
• Device Identifiers & App Diagnostics: We may collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic information, such as crash logs and device models, to ensure app stability and manage premium subscriptions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve personal expense management features.
• To generate spending insights, budget analytics, and transaction summaries.
• To process premium feature purchases via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your financial transaction details are stored locally on your device with encryption. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal financial data to any third parties.

4. Data Deletion & Control

You have full control over your data. You can delete individual transactions or purge all stored application data directly within the app settings at any time. Uninstalling the application will also erase local app storage.
